We ship most internet orders same day, when received before 3:30 eastern standard time. Orders placed by telephone have a longer processing time, and usually ship the next business day.

We ship to every corner of the United States, as well as internationally. Please use our Quick Shipping Calculator for a quote, after you have added the correct quantities of your desired products to your shopping cart.

Any free shipping offers are for U.S. orders and are shipped by our choice of carrier and service level.

SECURITY POLICY: This web site uses credit card processing by PayPal which is PCI compliant. Our company has established security standards to protect the private information of all customers. Those procedures include anti-virus software, firewalls, secure systems and applications, and restricted access to data.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We offer several secure payment options. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, invoicing for pre-approved accounts, and our "we call" service where we call you for the credit card info.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are dissatisfied with blank label products you have purchased from us (custom run labels are not returnable), return the unused portion to us within 21 days for replacement or prompt refund, your choice. 25% restock fee on returned labels, 25% restock fee on cases received in saleable condition. We do not refund shipping costs on returned items.

Special requests to ship collect on customer account numbers, or 3rd party accounts incurs a minimum handling fee of $3.95 up to a maximum fee of $7.95 depending on order size. This helps us cover the packaging / labor costs associated with your order while reducing disruption to our shipping department. Thank you for understanding.

We are happy to supply Certificate of Conformance, Date of Manufacture, Certificate of Origin, RoHS Statement Letter, Lot #, etc with any order upon request. Due to the extra labor this requires, we do need to charge a Document Preparation Fee of $7.95 per request.

In event of a return of an item originally ordered on a free shipping promotion, our original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
