Shipping Policy

We ship most internet orders same day, when received before 3:30 eastern standard time.  Orders placed by telephone have a longer processing time, and usually ship the next business day.   

For expedited shipping requests, please call us at 301-570-0774 to ensure we can meet your needs.

We ship by Federal Express, UPS and USPS - we choose the best carrier depending on the weight, size and location destination.  

Any free shipping offers are for ground shipping and apply only to the continental United States, and are for labels and case insert orders only.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:30PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by the shopping cart only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

We have the industry standard $2 handling fee on all orders, which covers packaging materials and labor.  

This fee increases to $3.95 on orders with a special request to ship on the customers FedEx or UPS Account.  We're happy to do it, but it does require extra attention from our shipping department.
